1. Accounts, Contributors, and Content Publication

1.4. Ziga does not guarantee the security, legality, or accuracy of files uploaded by contributors.

2. Security and User Responsibility

2.2. User Responsibility

Users are expected to read the checking guide and security tutorials before downloading or installing files.
Users are fully responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of files obtained from Ziga.
We encourage all users to perform independent security checks before using any downloaded application.

2.3. Use at Your Own Risk

All files shared by contributors are provided “as is”. We are not responsible for any negative impact resulting from file usage, including device damage, data breaches, or actions taken by third parties such as the original developers of modified applications.

3.2. Contributors understand that publishing digital content can affect their personal reputation.

3.3. Ziga reserves the right to remove content deemed to violate laws, policies, or security standards.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Removal

4.1. If you are a copyright owner and your content has been uploaded without permission, you may request removal through our DMCA policy.

4.2. We reserve the right to disable or remove accounts that repeatedly upload content that violates copyright laws or our security policies.

1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

(e) To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
(f) To upload any Content which breaches the content standards set out below in paragraph 3 of this Schedule 1; and/or
(g) Engage in any other activity that encourages any person or entity to breach the terms of use (including this AUP).

3. CONTENT STANDARDS

3.1 These content standards apply to any and all Content (including any applications) which you contribute to our Site or App, and to any interactive services associated with it. These content standards must be complied with in spirit as well as to the letter. The standards apply to each part of any Content as well as to its whole.

3.2 zigapk.com will determine, in its discretion, whether Content breaches these content standards.

3.3 Content you contribute must not:

(a) Be defamatory of any person;
(b) Be obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
(c) Bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate;
(d) Depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities nor be related to terrorism, such as content that promotes terrorist acts, incites violence, or celebrates terrorist attacks;
(e) Lack reasonable sensitivity towards or capitalize on a natural disaster, atrocity, conflict, death, or other tragic events;
(f) Promote sexually explicit material, sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying;
(g) Include child sexual abuse material or sexualizes minors, including content that promotes paedophilia or inappropriate interactions targeted at a minor;
(h) Promote violence, incite hatred, or promote discrimination against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization;
(i) Infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any party or encourage or induce infringement of Intellectual Property Rights;
(j) Be likely to deceive any person;
(k) Promote any illegal content or activity;
(l) Be in contempt of court;
(m) Advocate, promote, incite any party to commit, or assist any unlawful or criminal act;
(n) Facilitate the sale of explosives, firearms, ammunition, or certain firearms accessories or instructions for the manufacture of explosives, firearms, ammunition, restricted firearm accessories, or other weapons;
(o) Contain or feature user-generated content without additional precautions as listed in the original text.
(p) Expose users to deceptive or harmful financial products and services.

4. DETECTION

zigapk.com may (but, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not obliged) deploy technological measures in the Services that are designed to detect uses of the Service that violate these terms of use including without limitation this AUP. You agree that we may use these measures and that you will not seek to disable or circumvent them in any way.
